Vacteck Vacuums has developed a unique kit system for customers that want to use the high powered wet and dry vacuums on their own containers. This dramatically reduces the cost of shipping and allows a customer anywhere on the planet to order a specialised unit from Vacteck.
The kits are shipped with full instructions and operating manuals. Spare parts are always available and with the low maintenance schedule for air powered vacuums, they really make the job of cleaning up waste quick and simple.
The core structure of a Vacteck Vacuums kit is the central manifold. This is constructed with heavy duty industrial air piping systems which run out to each individual vacuum generator. The internal components are pre-configured to the exact settings required for each customers waste recovery requirements.
The hardest part of the kit assembly is drilling the 4 holes in your designated lid. Vacteck provide a simple drilling template to make sure the customer drills the holes in the right spot. We even provide a hole saw tool to cut into your lid.
Installation of vacuum kit is a step by step procedure. Insert the supplied bolts through the flange holes and the line up with your drill holes.
Push the bolts through your holes and then line up with the float valve underneath. This is easier with a second set of hands helping.
Don't over tighten nuts and always use lubricant as the stainless steel nuts can fail otherwise.
If it is a wet dry model then the paper filter will need to bu pushed over the float valve assembly and the retaining plate positioned and wing nuts screwed on the protruding bolts.
The filter needs to be firmly twisted onto the underside lid flange.Then the retaining plate pushed over the protruding bolts and secured with the wing nuts.
This photo shows a Vacteck 174 quad system from the underside. The four filters are clearly visible and the cyclonic drop pipe which assists in slowing down the waste as it is sucked into the drum.
The silencers just need a small squirt of lubricant on the tube thread and then they are slipped over the tube and screwed into place.
