The Super Dragin 484 is two pumps in one. Fluid pump and spill pump. High air flow and high vacuum.

The SD484 is the most versatile vacuum pump in the Super Dragin range. It is high powered, it has low air consumption and it can achieve two tasks in the one pump. Rapid spill recovery and equally rapid fluid recovery. The combination of the increased throat thrust and finely tuned ejector system means that this pump can now do the tasks of both the older model Spillmate 800 and the Fastpump 357. It uses only 28 cfm of air and screws into the 3/4" bung on a standard 60/205 steel drum.

With many spill situations in a factory environment, absorbents are used. These are expensive and very environmentally unfriendly. They need to be disposed of usually by incineration which greatly adds to the woes of our planet.

Save yourself thousands of dollars by using the Super Dragin 484 spill recovery system.

The basic spill unit is designed to be attached to your 60 litre or 205 litre drum, the kit consists of the Vacteck Super Dragin 484 complete with safety float valve & off/on ball valve, along with the required camlock drum connection fittings, 2 meters of 38mm hose, 2 piece 38mm wand set and spill recovery & 450mm vacuum squeegee head.

By using this kit you are able to fit and remove the kit from the drum, thus allowing the operator to cap the drum & send the contents away for recycling purposes.

Here is the perfect solution for cleaning up those industrial spills in a safe way, the compressed air powered Super Dragin will operate at 100 psi (7bar) and connects to your standard 205 litre/44 gallon drum, simply connect the pump to the 3/4" drum plug & then fit the camlock hose fittings to the 2 inch drum plug, attach an airline to the off/on ball valve adjust the air regulator to 100 psi or 7 bar pressure, and you are ready to go. Once connected, the Super Dragin will fill the drum at a rate of 1.67 litres per second, when the drum is full the safety float valve will shut down the vacuum, so that the drum cannot be overfilled.

Being compressed air powered means there is no fear of being electrocuted when working in a wet environment.
