The TT20RAB is a low air high suction vacuum unit. Fitted with reverse air blast filter cleaning and with the ability to upgrade to anti-static features this system is a must for all small factories that need a reliable vacuum cleaner that consumes a low quantity of compressed air. The TT20RAB can be fitted to either a 60 litre or 205 litre galvanised drum lid. And wait... there's more. No it's not a steak knife......it's a transfer hose that turns this unit into a wet vacuum. Don't get your dry drum wet, just add the transfer hose to any old steel drum and your TT20RAB becomes a high powered wet vacuum as well. Incredible.

Watch the Video of the TT20RAB in action

The high powered TT20RAB is seen in the above image recovering corn and seeds. The system is set with 4 metres of anti-static hose and powered by a small 20 cfm compressor. The air hose has been extended to 25 feet. This will cause a reduction in volume and pressure. The TT20RAB still performs well recovering all seed and grains presented to it.

Now it's time for gravel, seeds, biscuits, bird seed. The TT20RAb doesn't miss a beat.Once the waste has been recovered then just turn off the vacuum and turn on the filter cleaning via the RAB ball valve. A quick shot of compressed air is blasted into the filter from the inside out cleaning the filters and returning the vacuum to 100%.

After any cleaning session turn off the vacuum with the blue control valve and then turn on the red control valve to activate the RAB filter cleaning.

Turning the TT20RAB into a wet spill vacuum is as easy as attaching the transfer hose and connecting to a second drum. Instantly you have a powerful wet vacuum system for all your industrial spills and fluid recovery.
